Walt is a Director of CK Group and has been active in the property industry for over 17 years.
After graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Property Economics, Walt worked at JLL before founding his own development & investment company, Coulston Group in 2002 and creating an asset base spanning the Residential, Commercial, Retail, Hospitality & Bulky Goods sectors. Since 2014, Walt has been directly responsible for creating well over $500m worth of residential development stock across Sydney.
Walt also has extensive experience in Development Management, advising on over $100m worth of externally delivered projects. Walt is primarily responsible for the day to day acquisition and delivery of projects.
Nic is a Director of CK Group and has been working in the direct property and funds management sectors for over 17 years.
In 2007 Nic co-founded Oracle Estates, a highly successful property development and property funds manager which has developed over $700m of projects since such time. Oracle also provided advisory and asset management work for major Australian banks and high net worth Family offices.
Prior to establishing Oracle, Nic was a senior acquisitions and development manager at Domaine Property Funds and was instrumental for acquisitions and developments across various property asset classes resulting in Domaine’s FUM growing to nearly $1BN AUD. Nic is primarily responsible for funds under management and investor relations.
Jim was the managing director of the Ricegrowers Group for 13 years. He was a director of 6 group subsidiaries or joint ventures involved in food manufacture and distribution in Australia, PNG, Belgium and UK.
Jim has been on the Board of Agribusiness, Craig Mostyn since 2002 and has been its Chairman since 2007. He has also been a non executive Director of Queensland Sugar Ltd, Golden Circle Ltd, Tandou Ltd, and Food Science Australia.
David has a bachelor of economics and a bachelor of laws from the University of Sydney, is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of CPA Australia and an associate member of the Financial Services Institute of Australia.
Before coming to the Bar in 2016, David worked as a business consultant advising corporations and government entities across a variety of areas.
Prior to that he worked for over 15 years as a corporate adviser and investment banker principally in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets.
Mark has been involved primarily in the coal industry for 20 years. He served as a Co-Head of Glencore International AG’s world wide coal division following his heading up of the coal trading desk of Glencore’s Australian trading operations. In that time, Mark was actively involved in purchasing, managing and aggregating the coal project portfolio which became Xstrata Coal.
Mark serves as the Chairman of ASX-listed Equus Mining Limited and served as an Executive Chairman of Cockatoo Coal Limited between 2012 to 2013. Mark also serves as a Director of Australian Transport and Energy Corridor Pty Limited.
