CK Childcare in Adelaide

CK Group has provided equity finance to enable the purchase of a prime land parcel in St Clair. The land is DA approved for a purpose built 120 place childcare centre with an AFL to a strong national operator. The loan agreement was entered into and equity finance provided by CK Group as part of a strategic alliance aimed at providing further childcare opportunities to the existing CK Group pipeline.
