CK Childcare in Melbourne

CK Group has agreed a number of ground leases deals around suburban Melbourne to provide further purpose built Childcare centres. The first site near Geelong is already DA approved for a 120 place childcare centre to be operated by Guardian Early Learning which will be built during the first half of 2020. Further sites will be developed over the coming years and will help provide high yielding long term cash returns to CK Group.
