CK Select provides an opportunity for ‘select’ partners to co-invest with CK Group into specific projects and development/investment opportunities.

CK Group leverage’s its extensive in-depth market knowledge and relationships to secure a high volume of transactions which deliver attractive risk adjusted returns. Alignment of interests is key as investors co-invest side by side with CK Group. Whilst appropriate risks are always present, we will ensure our investments are always secured by required approvals, signed Leases and senior debt secured from top tier financial institutions prior to raising any outside capital.
