During 2004 CK Group developed a new Big W anchored shopping complex comprising a GLA of 5,025sqm with on-site car parking for 224 vehicles on a 11,200sqm site. The net passing rent upon completion was in excess of $700,000 net pa and was later sold to Mirvac for circa $9,000,000.
