CK Group identified Victoria Park as one of the most undersupplied childcare markets in Perth and then secured this key site during 2020. A bespoke design was then created which adaptively re-used the industrial shell which harks back to the 1960’s. The end result is a bespoke and truly enduring design fitting of the strong Early Beginnings brand (G8 – ASX Code GEM).
